By accessing or using Hyprwatch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Hyprwatch is a fleet management platform for osquery that allows you to monitor, query, and manage hosts in your infrastructure. The Service includes:
- A web dashboard for fleet management
- The Shadow agent software installed on your hosts
- The hw command-line interface tool
- APIs for programmatic access
3. Beta Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED IN BETA AND IS EXPERIMENTAL. You acknowledge that:
- The Service may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies
- Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice
- The Service may experience downtime or data loss
- The Service is not recommended for critical production workloads
4. Use at Your Own Risk
You understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Availability, accuracy, or reliability
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyprwatch and its developer(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or profits
- Business interruption
- Security breaches on your systems
- Any damages arising from your use of the Service
In no event shall total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
6. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Keep your API keys and credentials secure
- Not attempt to access other users' data or systems
- Not use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
7. Data and Security
You are responsible for the data you collect and process through the Service. Hyprwatch collects telemetry data from your hosts as configured by you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may also stop using the Service at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
